Fees: We operate on a "No Win, No Fee" basis. If we successfully secure compensation on your behalf, we charge a success fee ranging from 10% to 40% of the total compensation amount, depending on the specific case and the chosen fee model. This fee is calculated after deducting any costs incurred in pursuing and filing the claim, such as legal fees, administrative expenses, and court fees

Power of Attorney: You grant Renthelp full power of attorney and thus full authority to act on your behalf in all legal matters related to your claim.

Termination: If you terminate our services after submitting your case, you agree to pay Renthelp a fee corresponding to 10 hours of legal fees. If you decide to pursue the case independently after terminating our services and win, you agree to pay Renthelp 40% of the compensation.

Acceptance: You accept the Renthelps terms upon submitting your case or engaging with our services in any way.

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed when you tick the checkbox labeled “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” when submitting your case or engaging with us via our website or any other channel of communication.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services or website.

2. Fees

2.1 No Win, No Fees

Renthelp can operate on a "No Win, No Fees" basis. If you choose to use our services under the “No Win, No Fees” model, you will only pay for Renthelp’s services if Renthelp wins and secures compensation for your case.

2.2 Success Fee

If Renthelp successfully secures compensation on your behalf, Renthelp is entitled to a fee ranging from 10% to 40% of the total compensation amount, depending on the specific case and the chosen fee model. This fee is calculated after deducting any costs incurred in pursuing and filing the claim. Such costs may include, but are not limited to, legal fees, administrative expenses, and court fees.

3. Granting of Power of Attorney

By using Renthelp’s services, you grant Renthelp a Full Power of Attorney (POA) to act on your behalf in all matters related to pursuing your claim for compensation.

This POA authorizes Renthelp, including its legal representatives, to negotiate, settle, make decisions, or take any legal actions necessary to secure the best possible compensation for your case. This includes the authority to sign documents, file claims, communicate with third parties, and take any other actions deemed necessary to pursue your claim.

The determination of the best possible compensation is a subjective legal assessment made by Renthelp's legal representatives, based on their expertise and the specifics of your individual case. You agree to accept Renthelp’s judgment and discretion in determining the most appropriate course of action to resolve your case.

Any agreement or settlement reached by Renthelp under this POAis legally binding, and you agree to accept any compensation obtained on your behalf.

4. Confidentiality of Case Files

Renthelp treats all case-related files and information as strictly confidential. All documents, information, and materials related to your case will remain confidential at all times and will not be shared with any third party without your express written consent, unless required by law or essential for the execution of legal proceedings on your behalf.

5. Termination of Services

5.1 Minimum Payment Upon Termination

If you choose to terminate Renthelp’s services after submitting your case, you are obligated to pay a minimum of 10 hours of legal fees at AED 2,500 per hour, totaling AED 25,000, plus any direct cost Renthelp has incurred in pursuing and filing your case.

5.2 Continued Obligations

If you terminate our services and subsequently pursue the case either on your own or with a third party, you are liable to pay Renthelp 40% of any compensation in the event you win the case.

6. Client Responsibilities

By engaging Renthelp, you agree to collaborate and provide Renthelp with all necessary information and documents that may be relevant to your case. You agree to inform Renthelp of any changes in circumstances or any new information that may affect the outcome of the case.

7. Limitation of Liability

Renthelp’s liability is limited to the fees described in these Terms. Renthelp does not guarantee a successful outcome and assumes no liability in the event that your case outcome is unsuccessful.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, reputational harm, or economic loss.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in DIFC in the United Arab Emirates.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Renthelp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the website and services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
